Task Force Arrests Fugitive Wanted for Possession With Intent to Distribute

Cincinnati, OH – The U.S. Marshals Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (SOFAST) with assistance from the Butler County Sheriff's Office, Ohio's Adult Parole Authority, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) have arrested Shawn Lattimore.

Lattimore was wanted by the FBI for Distribution and Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance, and Operating a Drug Involved Premises. In April 2022, FBI executed a search warrant at Lattimore's residence in Middletown, OH and seized 340 grams of methamphetamine and three pounds of fentanyl worth approximately $160,000. Agents also seized approximately $9,700 in cash during the search.

Lattimore remained a fugitive until the morning hours of August 16th, 2022, when investigators developed information that Lattimore was staying in a motel on the east side of Middletown, OH. Lattimore was taken into custody without incident. Lattimore was transported to the Potter Stewart U.S. Courthouse, and now awaits his court appearance for the alleged charges.
