Stephanie Creasy is the Deputy Director of the United States Marshals Service (USMS). Deputy Director Creasy has served in various leadership positions in the USMS where she continuously initiated and led innovative change.
Alabama
Chester Martin Keely

In February, 2002 after Senate confirmation, President George W. Bush appointed C.M. Keely United States Marshal for the Northern District of Alabama.
As United States Marshal he is responsible for United States Marshals Service operations within the Northern District of Alabama. The District is comprised of thirty-one counties with a main office in Birmingham, and sub-offices in Huntsville and Tuscaloosa. The Northern District of Alabama is also home to the Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force (GCRFTF) Headquarters. Marshal Keely has been involved with the Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force since its inception in 2006.
M. Dante Gordon, Acting U.S. Marshal
M. Dante Gordon began his law enforcement career in 2002 with the Montgomery Police Department in Montgomery, Alabama. During his tenure as a police officer, he served in several operational and investigative roles including patrol officer, canine handler, robbery–homicide detective, and Task Force Officer assigned to the Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force.
Mark F. Sloke

As Marshal, his responsibilities encompass leading and directing operations, including security and protection of the United States Courts, criminal investigations, fugitive apprehension, execution of federal court orders and other law enforcement activities.

Robert Heun

Rob Heun became the United States Marshal for the District of Alaska in February, 2010. As the U.S. Marshal, Heun oversees the operations of all District of Alaska management matters to include prisoner operations, warrant and fugitive investigations, judicial security, air operations, asset forfeiture operations and administrative functions.

Van D. Bayless, Acting U.S. Marshal

Van D. Bayless was designated to serve as the Acting United States Marshal (USM) for the District of Arizona by Director Ronald Davis on September 1, 2022.

Gary Grimes

The Honorable Gary Grimes was appointed by President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. on May 13, 2024, to serve as the United States Marshal for the Western District of Arkansas.

Jay C. Bieber, Acting U.S. Marshal
Jay C. Bieber was designated Acting U.S. Marshal for the Northern District of California by the Attorney General in October of 2023.
U.S. Marshal Bieber began his career in law enforcement with the Salt Lake City Police Department in 2000 as a police officer. During his time as a police officer, he provided security for the 2002 Olympic Games which were hosted in Salt Lake City.

Steven C. Stafford was sworn-in as the United States Marshal for the Southern District of California on October 28, 2010. Marshal Stafford serves as the first presidentially appointed, career United States Marshal for the Southern District of California.

Kirk M. Taylor was nominated by President Joseph R. Biden Jr., confirmed by the United States Senate, and appointed on October 18, 2022, to serve as the United States Marshal (USM) for the District of Colorado.

Robert Anthony Dixon

Robert Anthony Dixon, aka Tony, was appointed to serve as the fifth U.S. Marshal for the United States Marshals Service for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia on December 5, 2019. He began his more than 35 year law enforcement career as a Criminal Investigator with the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).
