U.S. Marshals Arrest Texas Fugitive Wanted on Child Sexual Abuse Charge in Seattle

Seattle, WA - The U.S. Marshals Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force arrested a Texas fugitive Monday who was wanted on the charge of continuous sexual abuse of a child younger than 14.

Dombraye Pamosoo, 21, was wanted by the Collin County Sheriff's Office. An arrest warrant was issued May 27, 2026.

The U.S. Marshals Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force was requested to assist in locating Pamosoo. Investigators determined he was in the greater Seattle area and forwarded a collateral lead to the U.S. Marshals Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force.

The two task forces collaborated to locate Pamosoo more than 2,000 miles from Texas. Pamosoo was arrested without incident in the 2600 block of S 161st St, SeaTac, Washington. He was transported to King County Jail pending extradition to Texas.

"This arrest demonstrates the strength of our partnerships across the country," said U.S. Marshal (Acting) Donrien Stephens. "When someone is accused of exploiting a child, distance will not prevent us from finding them and ensuring they face the charges against them."
