U.S. Marshals Service Requests Public’s Assistance to Locate Alleged Drug Dealer Rayvaughn Emory

For immediate release

Martinsburg, WV – The U.S. Marshals Service Mountain State Fugitive Task Force and the Martinsburg Police Department are requesting public assistance to locate Rayvaughn Emory, 31, who is wanted on felony cocaine distribution charges in Berkeley County, West Virginia.

Emory, a Delaware resident, was previously stopped in a vehicle carrying a large quantity of narcotics on his person and may go by the aliases/street names of “REZ” or “VON”.

While wanted for crimes in Berkeley County, investigative intelligence indicates that Emory may no longer be in West Virginia. Law enforcement officials believe he may currently be located in the Hagerstown, Maryland area.
