Akron, OH – This morning, members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Deshawn Stafford Jr., 20 yrs, Tyler Stafford, 19 yrs, and Donovon Jones, 21 yrs. The three are wanted by the Akron Police Department for the fatal beating of Ethan Liming, 17 yrs, outside the I Promise School in Akron on June 2, 2022.

Jackson, MS – The U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force, with assistance from the Choctaw County Sheriff's Office, Mississippi Bureau of Investigation, and Ackerman, Mississippi, Police Department today arrested the man charged with the murder of his pregnant girlfriend and a responding Meridian police officer Thursday night.

Philadelphia, PA – The U.S. Marshals Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force arrested June 6 a second suspect in the June 4 mass shooting incident on South Street in which three people were killed and 11 injured.

Rashaan Vereen, 34, was taken into custody without incident around 7:30 p.m. in the 2300 block of Hemberger Street.

Albany, NY – Members of the U.S. Marshal's Albany Division of the New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force today arrested a suspect involved in a North Carolina homicide in May 2019.

Brooklyn, NY – This morning, members of the U.S. Marshals Service, New York-New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force and the New York Police Department arrested Cierra Mack, 30. Mack was wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated murder.

Chicago, IL – On Thursday, a Deputy U.S. Marshal and K-9 of the Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force were shot during a fugitive operation. An ambulance from Chicago Fire Department was dispatched to the location, and the Deputy and K-9 received medical treatment for their injuries.

Cleveland, OH – This afternoon, members of the U.S. Marshals Service, Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Jumel Lewis, 42. Lewis was wanted by the Fulton County Sheriff's Office in Georgia for aggravated murder.
