    Martinsburg, WV - Members of the U.S. Marshals Mountain State Fugitive Task Force and the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office arrested an Indiana man wanted by the Jay County Sheriff's Office for homicide.

    Cory Jones, 43, of Dunkirk was taken into custody in Inwood near the Pike side Bowling Plaza without incident.

Marshals say Jones attempted to evade capture by hiding in an air conditioning return vent.
