U.S. Marshals Locate Dayton Rape Suspect in Georgia

Dayton, OH – The U.S. Marshals’ Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (SOFAST), with the assistance of the Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force, arrested fugitive Laquinn Davis in McDonough, GA at approximately 6:30 a.m. Friday.
Laquinn Davis was wanted by the Dayton Police Department for Rape, Felonious Assault, Strangulation, Having Weapons Under Disability, and Aggravated Menacing. Davis has been booked into the Henry County Jail in Georgia and now awaits extradition for his court appearance in Ohio.
