Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA)

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Muskogee County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Muskogee County Sheriff's Department (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Nassau County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Nassau County Correctional Center (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Natrona County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Natrona County Detention Center (the facility).

The United States Marshals Service (USMS) and the Office of the Federal Detention Trustee (OFDT) establish this Agreement that allows the components of the Federal government, inducting the United States Marshals Service, Bureau of Prisoners (BQP), as well as the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), to house detainees at the Nevada Southern Detention Center in Pahrump, Nevada (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and New Hanover County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the New Hanover County Jail (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Newaygo County Jail in White Cloud, Michigan(hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Oklahoma County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Oklahoma County Detention Facility (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Orange County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Orange County Sheriff's Department (the facility).
