Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA)

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the ROBERTSON COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY 311 5th East Springfield, TN 37172 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Rock Island County Sheriff's Department (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Rock Island County Jail in Rock Island, Illinois (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Rockwall County Detention Center (hereinafter referred to as the facility).
