The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest fugitive, Jesse PICKARD, JR. PICKARD is a Tier 2 Sex Offender with a lifetime registration requirement. PICKARD is required to register due to two convictions for Felonious Sexual Assault on a child >13 and <16 years of age with an age difference of more than 4 years (2010 & 2011). PICKARD is wanted on multiple outstanding arrest warrants including Concord Police felony warrants for Failing to Register as a Sex Offender, and Possession of a Controlled drug (Methamphetamine). PICKARD was last known to reside in Concord, NH but his current whereabouts are unknown.
