Washington, DC — The U.S. Marshals Service led Operation Making the District of Columbia Safe and Beautiful marked its 100th day of operation on November 14, 2025.

At the direction of the President of the United States, on August 11, 2025, the operation run by United States Marshals Service (USMS) Director Gadyaces S. Serralta, kicked off.

Memphis, TN – The Memphis Safe Task Force has announced the arrest of Tony Watson, 40, on outstanding warrants for Burglary and Theft. Watson now faces additional charges including Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Stolen Property.

Memphis, TN – The Memphis Safe Task Force announces the arrests of Dwight Lane, 56, and Saderick Roberts, 53, on outstanding warrants for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

According to the Tennessee Sex Offender Registry:

Lane, convicted of rape of a child in 1998, has been out of compliance since 2019 for failing to report and maintain his registration.

Grafton, NH – On the evening of November 7, members of the U.S. Marshals Special Operations Group (SOG), District of New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force, and Merrimack County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) executed a joint operation resulting in the apprehension of Seamus Murphy, 43.

Memphis, TN – A 15-year-old missing child was safely recovered after a tip led to the child being safely found in Hawaii.

On September 1, 2025, the child was reported as a runaway and was last seen wearing a T-shirt and grey sweatpants walking Westbound on Highway 64. Facility staff notified the authorities that the child mentioned being suicidal in the past.

Memphis, TN - As of November 9, the Memphis Safe Task Force has cleared over 1,000 warrants originating in Memphis. Warrant charges include homicide, narcotics, firearms, and sex offenses, among others. This includes 203 firearm warrants and 264 narcotics warrants. The Task Force has arrested 2,342 individuals on various charges.

Memphis, TN - As of November 8, the Memphis Safe Task Force has located and safety returned 101 missing children. Parents and caregivers can now sleep soundly that their children have been safely returned home.

The U.S. Marshals Service Missing Child Unit is assisting local and state authorities in investigating these cases.

Boston, MA – The U.S. Marshals Service District of Massachusetts Fugitive Task Force (MAFTF) and District of New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force (NHJFTF) announce the arrest of a Massachusetts woman wanted for Kidnapping & Endangering Minor by Relative.

Memphis, TN - The Memphis Safe Task Force announces the successful arrest of Demarius Chalmers, 19, in Memphis, Tennessee. He has been wanted for reckless murder since March 13, 2025.

East Liverpool, OH – Early this morning, members of the U.S. Marshals led Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) along with the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office arrested Curtis Holland, 29, and Travis Kidder, 25.  Both were wanted by the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Officer for aggravated murder, murder, both with firearms specifications.  

Memphis, Tennessee — The Memphis Safe Task Force announces the successful arrest of Kamari West, 21, in Memphis, Tennessee.

Portland, Maine — The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Maine Violent Offender Task Force (MVOTF) announces the arrest of Lamont Dolberry, 52, of New York City, New York, on a charge of Homicide: Murder 2.

Memphis, Tennessee — The Memphis Safe Task Force announces the successful arrest of Martravius Vinson, 19, in Memphis, Tennessee.

Memphis, Tennessee — The Memphis Safe Task Force announces the successful arrest of James Lyons, 57, in Memphis, Tennessee.

At 9:11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 4, members of the Memphis Safe Task Force arrested Lyons on a warrant for attempted first-degree murder.

Atlanta, GA — Late this afternoon, members of the U.S. Marshals led Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force (SERFTF) arrested Travonte D. Griffin, 37. Griffin was wanted by the Akron Police Department for murder.

Baton Rouge, LA — On Thursday, October 30, 2025, the United States Marshals Service (USMS) from Western Pennsylvania located a 13-year-old child missing from Louisiana.

Oklahoma City, OK — The Moore Police Department, and the U.S. Marshals Service in Oklahoma City announces the arrest of one of Oklahoma’s Ten Most Wanted fugitives, Anthony Lennon.

Worcester, Massachusetts — The U.S. Marshals Service, District of Massachusetts Fugitive Task Force (MAFTF), announces the arrest of Marco Antonio CRUZ OCAMPO, 35, wanted for one count of Assault to Murder and one count of Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon.

Memphis, Tennessee — The Memphis Safe Task Force announces the arrest of former Shelby County Correctional Officer, Tamillian Young, 24, in Memphis, Tennessee. Young was charged in Federal Court with a felony under Title 18 U.S.C. § 1791 – Providing or Possessing Contraband in a Penal Facility.
