Memphis, TN – On July 31, 2024, the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Memphis Police Department (MPD), and Shelby County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Teams captured Alfred Draper, 31, of Memphis, who was wanted for a murder where a man was beaten with a pole and left in a field last year.

Canton, OH – This afternoon, the U.S. Marshals led Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) in Canton, OH arrested Jermaine Taylor, Cassandra Cheek, and Tyson Dean. Taylor, Cheek, and Dean were wanted by the Canton Police Department and United States Marshals Service for kidnapping and felonious assault.

Denver, CO – A multi-agency manhunt for the fugitive homicide suspect wanted in connection to the disappearance and death of Britani Meek in Yuma, Colorado concluded Monday afternoon in Lake Placid, Florida. 

Memphis, TN – Roland Robinson, 27, was captured today by the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) for charges related to a Memphis homicide.

Hartford, CT – The Connecticut U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force and Newington Police Department today arrested a Connecticut man wanted in Arizona on charges of voyeurism.

Concord, NH – The U.S. Marshals Service – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force (NHJFTF) and the Bow Police Department safely apprehended Demiko A. Fox, 22, at an establishment near Bow Junction this morning.

New Orleans, LA - United States Marshals will escort the casket of the late Tessie Prevost-Williams on July 26, 2024, when it lies in state at Gallier Hall and leaves for its final resting place on July 27, 2024, from the Branch Bell Baptist Church.

Fremont County, CO – One of Fremont County’s most-wanted violent fugitives is behind bars after a multi-agency tactical operation which took place Tuesday evening near Penrose, Colorado.

Cleveland, OH – Earlier this afternoon, members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) arrested Trevonne Clemons, 31. Clemons was wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated murder. 

Hartford, CT – The Connecticut U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force and Waterbury Police Department today arrested a Connecticut man wanted in West Virginia on sexual assault charges stemming from an incident in May 2000.

Tyron Jermaine Walker, 50, of Waterbury, is charged in Westover, West Virginia, with second-degree sexual assault.

Clarksburg, WV – Members of the U.S. Marshals Mountain State Fugitive Task Force, working with the Clarksburg Police Department and the West Virginia Department of Corrections July 19, arrested in Clarksburg a federal fugitive who failed to report to a halfway house to complete his 2022 federal sentence for firearms trafficking without a license.

Macon, GA – An Oregon fugitive serving a prison sentence for sexual abuse and sodomy and who escaped a prison work detail in 1994 was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service, Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force (USMS SERFTF) in Macon on Tuesday.

Akron, OH – Early this morning, members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) arrested Larry Francis Treitinger II, 39.

Washington, DC – A fugitive wanted by the U.S. Marshals Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force (PSWRFTF) Sacramento Office and the Stockton, California, police for a June 25 triple homicide in Stockton was arrested July 11 in Modesto, California.

Charlotte, NC - The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Western District of North Carolina is alerting the public of an imposter scam involving individuals claiming to be U.S.

Between April 1, and June 30, 2024, the U.S. Marshals Service Eastern District of Wisconsin Fugitive Task Force, engaged in an operation labeled “Big Top” to target violent criminals in Southeast Wisconsin.  Operation Big Top focused enforcement activities occurring in four of the larger cities/urban areas of the district.

Cleveland, OH – The U.S. Marshals (USMS) Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) in Cleveland, OH arrested Vincent Grant (58) for failing to register as a sex offender. Grant was wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office (OH) and the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office (FL) for failure to register in both jurisdictions.

Cleveland, OH – The United States Marshals Service Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information directly leading to the identification, location, and arrest of the suspect(s) involved in the shooting death of 10-year-old Gracie Griffin. 

Memphis, TN – Demarion Tackett, age 16, was captured today by U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) for numerous violent felonies including first degree murder, aggravated and especially aggravated robbery, murder in perpetration of a robbery, carjacking, and possession of a firearm in commission of a dangerous felony.

Cleveland, OH - Late this morning, members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) and the Cleveland Division of Police arrested Jasmine Spencer, 27. Spencer was wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated murder.
