Memphis Safe Task Force Arrests Two of Six Downtown Assault Suspects

Memphis, Tennessee — The Memphis Safe Task Force announces the successful arrest of Jaterion Fifer, 18, and Christian Riddick 19, in Memphis, Tennessee.
- Jaterion Fifer is charged with: Aggravated Assault
- Christian Riddick is charged with: Aggravated Assault
At approximately 12:30 p.m. on October 27, 2025, members of the Memphis Safe Streets Task Force conducted a coordinated effort and arrested Fifer and Riddick in Memphis, Tennessee. Both suspects were arrested in the area of Armstrong Road.
The Memphis Safe Task Force is an interagency coalition of federal, state, and local law enforcement partners, continues to demonstrate the power of collaboration in advancing public safety. This arrest underscores the Task Force’s mission: To Make America Safe Again and To Make Memphis Safe.
