U.S. Marshal Tyreece Miller Announces the Arrest of Brandon K. Henderson and Argustas Travis

Memphis, TN – On September 13, 2021, Mario Moore and Courtney Riley were shot and killed at the 2200 block of Eldridge in Memphis, Tenn. On March 4, 2022, First Degree Murder warrants were issued for the arrest of Henderson and Travis for this crime by Shelby County Criminal Court.

The fugitive cases were adopted by the U.S. Marshals Two Rivers Violent Fugitive Task Force (TRVFTF).

Earlier today, while working in conjunction with the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Apprehension Team and the Memphis Police Department Fugitive Apprehension Team, Henderson and Travis were located and taken into custody without incident by the Two Rivers Violent Fugitive Task Force (TRVFTF).

Henderson was arrested at the 2700 block of Garden Grove in Memphis and Travis was arrested at the 8200 block of Nottingham in Cordova, Tenn.

"Close cooperation with the other elements of Shelby County and Memphis law enforcement always leads to positive outcomes," said U.S. Marshal Tyreece Miller.

The U.S. Marshals Two Rivers Violent Fugitive Task Force is a multi-agency task force within Western Tennessee. The Western Tennessee Division of the Two Rivers Violent Fugitive Task Force (TRVFTF) has offices in Memphis and Jackson, and its membership is primarily composed of Deputy U.S. Marshals, Shelby County Sheriff's Deputies, Memphis Police Officers, Fayette County Sheriff's Deputies, Jackson Police Officers, and the Tennessee Department of Corrections Special Agents. The primary mission of the Task Force is to arrest violent offenders and sexual predators.
