U.S. Marshals Arrest Whitewater Township Shooting Suspect in Indiana

Cincinnati, OH – During the early-morning hours of October 27, 2020, the U.S. Marshals Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (SOFAST) arrested fugitive Brian Jackson on an outstanding warrant from Hamilton County for two counts of Felonious Assault.
On October 16, Jackson was allegedly involved in an assault on Shore Lane where two people were struck by gunfire. Hamilton County Sheriff's Office investigators filed an arrest warrant for Jackson. The U.S. Marshals Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team in Cincinnati, Ohio, with assistance from the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, developed information Jackson was in the 50 block of U.S. Highway 50 in Greendale, IN. Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team quickly arrested Jackson without incident.
Jackson is currently in custody at the Dearborn County Sheriff's Office awaiting extradition back to Hamilton County.
