U.S. Marshals Service Director, Italy’s Chief of Police Pledge Cooperation

Arlington, VA – U.S. Marshals Service Director Ronald L. Davis met with Italy’s Chief of Polizia di Stato (Chief of Police) - Director General of the Department of Public Security Prefect Vittorio Pisani in Rome Dec. 1 to affirm a joint commitment to support the advancement of each agency’s law enforcement capabilities by sharing professional expertise and best practices.
The two agencies signed a pledge to look for opportunities to optimize respective strengths, proficiencies and specialized skills with cross-training programs to better service the people of America and Italy. The collective efforts will enhance their ability to address complex challenges and deliver exceptional law enforcement services.
Together, the U.S. Marshals Service and the Polizia di Stato aim to set an example of effective interagency collaboration, furthering a safer and more secure global community.
