Todd L. Nukes was appointed by President Donald J. Trump on January 15, 2019 as the U.S. Marshal for the Northern District of Indiana. The U.S. Marshals Service is the federal government's primary agency for fugitive investigations and security of the federal judiciary and courts.

On December 13, 2021, Christopher R. Barther was designated by the United States Attorney General to serve as the Acting United States Marshal (USM) for the Northern District of Iowa.

Marshal Kamatchus began his law enforcement career in 1976. While attending both Mankato State University (Criminal Justice) and Mankato Area Vocational Technical Institute (Sales and Marketing), he worked as a Police Officer for the LeCenter, Waterville and St. Peter Minnesota Police Departments.

Ronald Miller was appointed the United States Marshal for the District of Kansas in 2015. As Marshal, Miller is responsible for U.S. Marshals Service operations in the District of Kansas. Marshal Miller serves on the United States Marshals Advisory Council and on the U.S. Marshals Service and Attorney General's Awards Committee, and is a Designated Grievance Official by the Office of the Director.

Gary B. Burman was appointed by President Donald J. Trump on July 15, 2019, to be the United States Marshal for the Western District of Kentucky. As the United States Marshal for the Western District of Kentucky, Burman oversees daily operations of the district's four offices.

Jeremy G. Honaker currently serves as the Acting U.S. Marshal (USM) for the Eastern District of Kentucky (E/KY). Having 29 years of military and federal law enforcement service, USM Honaker was promoted as the Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal in April 2022, and became the acting U.S. Marshal in September 2022.

The Honorable Enix Smith III was nominated by President Joseph R. Biden Jr., confirmed by the United States Senate, and appointed on July 25, 2022, to serve as the United States Marshal (USM) for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

As Marshal, Brown is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the District's offices in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Additionally, he guides the operation of the Middle District Fugitive Task Force, production of federal prisoners in federal court proceedings, transportation of federal prisoners.

The Honorable Clinton J. Fuchs was appointed by President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. on May 16, 2024, to serve as the United States Marshal for the District of Maryland.

Dennis Matulewicz took the oath of office as the Attorney General designated Acting United States Marshal for the District of Massachusetts on January 20, 2026.

Owen M. Cypher was nominated by President Donald J. Trump and confirmed by the United States Senate on July 2, 2020 to serve as the U.S. Marshal for the Eastern District of Michigan

The Honorable Eddie M. Frizell was nominated by President Joseph R. Biden Jr., confirmed by the United States Senate, and was sworn in on May 10, 2022, to be the U.S. Marshal (USM) for the District of Minnesota.
