Dallas L. Carlson
On October 17, 2018, United States President J. Donald Trump appointed Dallas Carlson as the US Marshal for the District of North Dakota. Marshal Carlson was sworn into office by the Honorable Daniel L. Hovland, Chief Judge for the District of North Dakota. The District of North Dakota has four courthouses spread across a geographical area of 70,762 miles.
Ohio
Michael D. Black
The Honorable Michael D. Black was nominated by President Joseph R. Biden, Jr., confirmed by the United States Senate, and appointed on January 3, 2023, to serve as the United States Marshal (USM) for the Southern District of Ohio.
Peter J. Elliott
In March 2003, Peter J. Elliott was appointed by President George W. Bush as United States Marshal for the Northern District of Ohio after being unanimously confirmed by the Senate. He was subsequently retained by President Barack Obama in 2009 and by President Donald J. Trump in 2017. Marshal Elliott is the longest serving United States Marshal in the history of Ohio.
Oklahoma
Clayton D. Johnson
On August 22, 2011, Clayton Johnson was appointed by President Barack Obama to serve as the United States Marshal for the Northern District of Oklahoma. On September 11, 2017, Marshal Johnson was notified that he was being retained by President Donald J. Trump. Marshal Johnson is responsible for United States Marshals Service operations in the 11 counties of northeastern Oklahoma. In addition, he serves on the Director's Marshals Advisory Council.
Kerry L. Pettingill

Johnny L. Kuhlman

Eric S. Gartner
Eric S. Gartner serves as the 51st United States Marshal for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on May 23, 2018, and sworn in on June 12, 2019. Marshal Gartner leads and directs the U.S. Marshal Service mission encompassing the nine southeastern counties in Pennsylvania, including the greater Philadelphia metropolitan area.
Stephen K. Eberle
Stephen Eberle was nominated by President Joseph R. Biden Jr., and confirmed by the United States Senate on June 14, 2023, to serve as the U.S. Marshal for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Tennessee
David G. Jolley
David G. Jolley was appointed U.S. Marshal for the Eastern District of Tennessee by President Donald J. Trump. Marshal Jolley previously served as the U.S. Marshal for the Western District of Tennessee. He was appointed to the Western Tennessee U.S. Marshal position in February 2002 by President George W. Bush and served until April 2009.
